Biography

David began his career in real estate during college in California in 1975 and owned and operated 10 real estate related businesses including development, investment and management, escrow, personal coaching, training and consulting, Lindal Cedar Homes and a construction company.

David has been a licensed Realtor in Utah since 2000 and has over 30 years experience in real estate. He is currently the Owner and Director of the Lawson Real Estate team, a team of real estate professionals that he is responsible for managing, training and supervising. The Lawson Real Estate Team consists of a Listing Agent, Buyers Specialists, Transaction Manager, Administrative Manager, a full service Marketing Team and Administrative support staff all working together for the benefit of our clients and developers. He is a current member of Park City and Salt Lake City Board of Realtors. He is a Certified Distressed Property Expert and is knowledgeable in Short Sales, Bank Owned and Distressed Properties.

David Lawson is married with four sons and six granddaughters. Activities he and his family enjoy together include riding motorcycles, skiing, boating and camping. Other interests include auto racing, flying airplanes, coaching, playing and watching baseball and basketball.
