She was born and raised in Utah, where she enjoys many outdoor activities. A few of her favorites include golfing, sailing, snowboarding, and playing soccer. As a mother of two children she has learned to enjoy taking on challenges and problem solving, especially when it involves critical thinking.

Having grown up in the hospitality industry Cara has a unique perspective on how to guide clients to understand the nightly rental and investment opportunities in Park City.
She worked for years managing a high-end residential construction company where she excels in knowledge of homes down to the studs. She also has experience guiding clients through 1031 exchanges. And as a member of Utah #1 luxury team the skies the limit with what she can do for her clients.

With todays constant changes in the real estate industry from laws, to media, and especially market changes, Cara prides herself with the work she accomplishes. And strives to remain current in all her business dealings.
