Silver Creek
The Silver Creek neighborhood sits within a spacious valley to the northeast of Park City at the junction of Hwy 40 & Hwy 80. Most of the lots in this rural community are large and zoned for equestrian use, though relatively few are actually used for such. Accordingly, most area roads are unpaved to aid in equestrian activities. The neighborhood also has its own trail that is almost unknown and is a pleasant way to spend a summer’s evening.
Just beyond Silver Creek are the lovely, large, and secluded, and gated communities of Red Hawk, and The Ranches at Red Hawk. These properties reside within a mountain scrub oak setting and most have amazing views. Many of these properties are zoned equestrian.
Glenwild
The Glenwild community is a private, gated golf community situated within the rolling hills cradling the Silver Creek area.
